Hi all,

Hope all going wellπŸ˜ƒ

Weigh in today as unexpectly away Thursday night and trust no scales but mine !! lol

Pleased with 1 and 1/2 Ib offπŸ˜ƒ, it's been a steady week no highs, no lows just going with it and making good choices. It all sounds so easy when it fall into place !!! ( wish was like this all the time lol).

Really focused on my Xmas goal of at least a few more pounds off then the really hard bit, not overindulging over the few Xmas days !!! I promised myself a greggs sweet mince pie on Christmas eve( how sad is that lol) but usually I would buy a pack of six and eaten the lot over 2 days so at least it's a plan lol!!

Anyone been Christmas clothes shopping yet ??? I have bought a sparkly top not quite what I had in mind but the dress I did love looked awful when I tried it on, so getting in the groove !

Hope you all have a lovely weekend

Hi Flossie,

That's wonderful that you managed a pound and a half off. Well done partner! (Must comment that the speed that I'm getting up again on this site is wonderful. It just goes to show that all the people posting on Monday's is the reason that's it's so flipping slow and not my connection at all!!!)

Anyway great that you managed to find something you liked to wear for Christmas. I can do the Christmas sweater challenge with Philip Schofield no problem! Have no functions to attend so just going with a new jingly bell sweater!

Have a great week and absolutely fabulous that you stayed so focused. Such an inspiration Flossie. X

Thanks Candystripe

Love the sound of your jingly bell sweaterπŸ˜ƒ, I've got no Xmas functions either, I'm just enjoying feeling fitter and healthier ( and wearing smaller clothes !! lol).

Glad the technology is all go today. Just shows how much you ' the fab five' are so popular on a MondayπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

Enjoy your weekend and catch up on Monday.

Hi Flossie, well done on your loss this week :)

I've got a blue sequin top (ended up with a different colour as the cut was massive). I've also bought some platform boots! Hope I'll be able to stand in them :)

And finally I have some new jeans from Sainsburys - regular fit in a size 24 - last year I wore Evans pear size 32!

Enjoy your mince pie I did the same a while ago in M & S with doughnuts - bought 2 for Β£1 instead of 5 for a Β£1 so we only had to have one each!

Keep up the good work and hopefully xmas will be a breeze.

Thanks Sueper,

Love the sound of your top, mines a black/silver mix with open shoulders so will need a bit of false tan! lolπŸ˜ƒ

Like I said to Traff1, you will also need to practice your walking and dancing in your fab boots and as for your jeans, what a result down all those sizes!!! Be proud and strut your stuff honeybun you well deserve itπŸ˜ƒ

Multi packs are the 😈 eh, we all love a bargain but not when we eat them all mmmmmmmm lol

Here's to Xmas being a breeze for us all

Back/silver sounds great. Doubt you'll be finding much sun this time of year so you'll have to fake it!

It's gonna be great for us all feeling more confident in our smaller bodies this year :)

Flossie, I'm really disappointed that it used to take you a couple of days to polish off a pack of mince pies :d It used to take me about 30 mins LOL :d All that's in the past now though (fingers crossed)

Well done on your 1 1/2 lb loss and for having a good week. I'm so pleased for you :)

Have a great weekend.

Hi Flossie358

Well done on your 1.5 lb loss, that's a great achievement in a week. Enjoy wearing your sparkly top and maybe buy that dress in the sales for next year. I have been resisting mince pies in work since the end of September so I will join you in looking forward to a nice warm one on Christmas day.

Thanks mrsg3,

I'll look forward to the sales for sure lol. I can almost taste that pie if I think about it lol( how little things keep us happy !!)

Enjoy your weekend

Hiya flossie wondered what happen to you yesterday :-) you were missed hun, but like you say, better late than never in it :-)

Congratulations on losing 1 & 1/2 this week your doing great and I'm really pleased for you floss :-)

Good for you not buying a box of six mince pies and opting for just the one, shows great control :-) Not been shopping for Christmas clothes as I have a nice top that my mum bought me for my birthday, but if there is something in the sales after Christmas I will pick it up in a size 10 or an 8 for next year.

Well done honey :-)

Thanks Traff,

Sounds like you are all sorted!! and you are right go shopping in the sales you are going to need sooo much in tiny sizes fabπŸ˜ƒ

Hope my control lasts with all this support its a lot more easy to say ' only one ' and sometimes 'no'( still practicing that on lol)

but so worth it xx

Flossie well done. It is amazing how our eating habits change. I am sure I really did not notice how much I ate.

in reply to

Thanks Aqua-marine,

You are so right about eating habits and for me it's about portion sizes, my plate now is about 1/2 in veg or salad, before I would serve myself a large portion of whatever with very little fruit and veg !!

How we change and feel better for it.πŸ˜ƒ

Enjoy your weekend
