Hmmm........... I've been taking cod liver oil capsules for years and am currently 7 1/2 stone overweight, so I'd say no :)

I don't think any of these 'miracle fat burners' work. But I do believe in just trying things like this within your diet - don't spend a fortune on supplements though. Find the healthy fish oils your body needs in mackerel, herring, anchovies etc. Build these healthy ideas into your diet, so that the food you eat not only fuels but nurtures and nourishes too...

Second this 100%. It's really exciting to experiment with new foods and maybe consider ingredients you wouldn't have done before.

Very wise, although I have had flaxseed oil at 37, now 53, to get two tablespoons of it through diet would be near impossible, my hair and skin, just glowed with moisture

Not a chance I'm eating fish! Haha 😐

Just something someone suggested to do as well as my exercise and healthy eating changes so thought I'd check if people felt it actually made a difference :)

If you don't like fish you won't like cod liver oil, even the capsules leave you with a fishy after taste!

only in a bucket of petrol with a match.......
