Maybe you should go to bed if you are poorly.

You are probably right need a rest been over doing it lately.

"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"

Maybe just a little too much T.V. and not enough living. We all need to rest and to unwind, but too much of a good thing, is not a good thing. :)

As a granddad child minder, I know just how busy family can keep us lol.

I've got a day off today, but have spent some time checking up/ catching up with my 85 yr old mother :) I'm using the computer at the moment to avoid doing the household cleaning lol. I shall have to bight the bullet soon though :(

I'm going to put a little motivational music on in a minute and get stuck in. :)

I totally know how u feel - im so run down and work is so stressful at the moment - working 7:30 till 5:30-6:30pm just to get all my work done and when I get in I don't have the effort to keep my willpower up!

my colouring in book isn't even helping lol

have u thought about just going to bed earlier to stop the cravings for junk and u prob need it if ur ill too!

Hi pinklady13, sometimes motivation runs away from us and chasing after it can seem like soooo much effort. A little suggestion, sit down with a pad and paper and write down why you want to lose weight, what you think the positives will be and why these are positives. This may seem a pointless thing to do, but sometimes when actually looking deeper into the whys and wherefors, and actually putting it down in writing can sometimes jolt us into a more determined state. Plan your days like a christmas checklist, what are you planning for the days menu, backup plan if an unexpected 'bomb' lands in your lap, etc... and do it fir a couple of days at a time. Before you know it, you will be back into the swing of things. Good luck hunny 😊

I love a nice hot cup of cocoa or flavored tea and a recorded show") I'm a night owl by nature but it burns my candle from both ends, this seems to do the trick and I get a good nights rest to boot:)

Best of luck to you!!

Pinklady it is soooo hard, look after yourself for a few days until the cold calms down, just try and chill and thinknl of all the small changes you can make that will help your diet...how you can add more exercise into your life...changes to your eating.....and then get onto it!! It is sooo hard after a busy day, I am with you on that one, but doing some exercise will make you feel so much more

positive and makes you want to do more!! Good Luck
