Friday weigh in

Two weeks ago (pre half term break) 12.8st, this week 12.8st so managed to sustain ☺ . It wasn't quite as easy to do as much walking over the holiday with rainy days and we always eat out alot so I imagine last week I probably gained (too scared to weigh myself last week!) Glad to be back on track. My aim is to get into the 11's for Christmas! We have a skiing holiday booked in Feb so really hoping to feel good for that! I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺

Welcome back, and Congratulations for maintaining your weight over your holiday. Especially as the rainy weather meant you couldn't do as much walking as you'd hoped, but it sounds like you did sufficient to enable you to maintain. That is an achievement. Hope you had a lovely holiday.

You've got your Christmas goal to get into the 11's, so hopefully now you're back on track, you'll be able to achieve that - good luck! Having that skiing holiday to look forward to in February will definitely help as a motivating factor.

You've done well to maintain during the hols Juliette, it can't have been easy.

Good luck with your Christmas goal and who knows, maybe you'll be into the 10's for your skiing hol :)
