Two weeks ago (pre half term break) 12.8st, this week 12.8st so managed to sustain ☺ . It wasn't quite as easy to do as much walking over the holiday with rainy days and we always eat out alot so I imagine last week I probably gained (too scared to weigh myself last week!) Glad to be back on track. My aim is to get into the 11's for Christmas! We have a skiing holiday booked in Feb so really hoping to feel good for that! I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺
