I really need something to get me moving; I have lost about a stone by being careful and swimming (have been having a lesson once a week at local centre as wanted to learn to do front crawl, which I have!). How do I join this group;? Is it a group? I have a big holiday in January and one of the ladies going is phenomenally thin and fit! I'd like to lose another stone but tbh; even being on the way would help? Worried about Christmas!! Thanks
