A bit ahead of schedule because I don't think I'l have time to weigh in tomorrow. I've lost another pound this week putting me at 11 stone 2. That's a grand total of 30 pounds lost My next mini goal is to get below the 11 stone mark and I'd like to do that in the next couple of weeks. I checked my BMI and it was down to 28.5. I know that is still very overweight but for me that seems low so I've been feeling pretty positive about that. Some of my clothes have been feeling pretty loose lately so I'm going to take my measurements this weekend to see what changes have been going on there.
I have a couple of meals out to contend with this week. Generally my tactic for this is to be extra good during the day and then treat myself in the evening (without going OTT). This seems to generally limit the damage and as long as I get straight back on track the next day I won't put on weight. I also find exercising before a meal out can help.
