Weight loss and pain.

I missed 2nd week weighting yesterday I was in hospital having a 2nd facet joint injection and epidural in my back so have to wait and see if it works. The last one worked for a week. Fingers cross. I Am away next week so will try to stay on a healthy diet. So I will see you all at the end of the month. Keep all your good work up.
