10K I did it !!!!!

I ran our local 10k race this morning!!!!!! 1 hour 12 mins.....

Well pleased with myself and 20,244 steps today, absolutely knackered, but chuffed to bits,

Ps, also went out for a celebratory curry & cobra, but still 322 calories left on the clock.
