Got a long journey ahead of me but I am hoping the 12 wk plan will kick start the journey I have about 6 st to lose. I have mild arthritis in my knee which I know will calm down if I can lose some weight.
So tomorrow in the zone to a healthier life and hopefully not as painful X

Hi Mmartin and welcome to this community. The nhs 12 week plan is brilliant and it will, if you stick to it change your life. I have found it was the best thing I could have found to help me on my journey and I hope it does the same for you. I am on week 39 now that's how much it has helped me.
Ho Mmartin, yep, this is a really good plan and is working for many of us.....keep posting and replying to posts is my top tip, it keeps you in the zone
Hi Martin - once you learn what to do and how to do it the 12 week approach is a very pleasant way to live. Plenty to eat, you'll save money, you'll discover exercise - really! - and you'll discover how supportive other people are!
This is a learning and change process - for good if you do it well. 12 weeks is there to build new sills and habits which are better for us!
