I'm coming to the end of week 3 and I am definitely on track. So far I have had a 4lb weightloss, hopefully I will reach my next 2lb on Sunday! Anyway, last night I decided I would have a "cheat meal" and ordered a pizza, which my boyfriend and I shared. Instantly, my stomach was bloated after eating 3 slices and I felt really sick. One thing is for sure I will never be eating pizza again!
