I didn't lose weight this week despite eating and exercising as usual. Yes, I know it's normal but I need those numbers to go down to stay motivated. Frustrated and annoyed!

Mini plateau
I feel your frustration ! If you are doing the right things, it's so annoying when it doesn't move - despite you knowing that can just happen. I had 10 days recently where nothing shifted - I had a bit of a look at when I was eating certain things, moved it around a bit - and the weight started dropping again - perhaps you could try something like that ? I had lots of other helpful suggestions as well, such as upping the intensity of a workout, eating a bit more for a few days to wake the body up etc.
Hope you find a solution and don't get disheartened
Check your measurements, ask your pharmacist for a blood pressure check, there are other ways to see the progress. Even shoes getting looser, clearer skin, how far you can walk. I totally understand the need to see progress, but the scales aren't the only way. Also, try drinking loads of water, you may have water retention, all sorts of things could be the reason. Just keep telling yourself that you have made a difference, because you definitely have
Its a bugger isn't it? I know that if I plateau'd with no real reason why I would find it hard to accept but I guess all I can suggest is you ask yourself how you *feel*
I bet you feel like you have a little bit more energy than last week,. that you feel a little fitter than you did last month, that you feel a little more agile then you did a fortnight ago.
It takes time for the body to get itself back to normal after we bang it around for awhile - stay the course and I am sure next week you will see some changes.,
Cheat. Not with food but with weighing and tracking.I need to weigh daily as I can easily put on 2lbs in a day.But -I never write down a gain as it depresses me .I try harder if there has been a little hiccup-and track my next loss in MFPal.That way , I am responding but not being upset by any upward increase in record .It has worked for me so far - down 44 ponds since Feb 17th.Only another 95lbs to go............
If there's a way you can check your body fat percentage, I'd highly recommend it. I have lost little weight these last couple of weeks, but I've gone from 29% to 26% fat! I can really see the change in how I look, so the number on the scale is only a tiny indication of what's really going on!!
