I was extremely nervous, which showed up significantly in my heart rate and blood pressure, but that's me... I still did it 👏🏻👏🏻interestingly enough I weighed another 5lb lighter on their scales, so it wasn't all bad!!!!
Having completed the height, weight and blood pressure checks I did a 5 minute treadmill walk, repeated the bp and then used a few different bits of equipment. Then I go back on Thursday to have a session with the instructor and be given a personalised program 😊
I am feeling REALLY proud of myself and looking forward to this new beginning 🎉🎉
