Round 2 week 6

Hi everyone!

Another loss to report this week. Didn't think I was going to manage it because I have been off the exercise with a dodgy knee. I'm now 11.4 1/2. Tantalisingly close to a 2 stone total loss, which I will definitely reach next week! So happy that the scales are consistently heading downwards again. I'm going to give swimming a go this week to see if that is any better for my knee. I usually don't like swimming - find it a bit monotonous and stressful if the pool is too busy or noisy, but I don't see that I have much choice!

    Nearly 2 stone, how fantastic. Good luck with hitting that target next week.

    Check and see if your swimming pool runs a ladies night.

  • Thanks :) the gym I go to has some "members only" times but these tend to be very early or very late. I'm on my way to brave it now - just hoping there aren't too many swimming lessons on!

  • Swimming is good and so is walking. You can do it.

  • I tend to do a longish walk most days (dog-walking mostly) but I often feel I need to do something extra. I definitely agree though, walking is a such a great and simple way to stay fit!
