Taking warfarin

Hi can I take herbal life or c9 while on warfarine. I take the tablets due to 2 mechanical heart valves and have had 2 OHS the recent one being 5 months ago to replace a tricuspid valve

Personally, although I know people who've used Herbal Life and other similar food replacement systems and who have had some success (although not long term), I wouldn't use it. Much better to eat normal food and less of it. Having said that, its up to the individual to decide if they think it will help.

On the other hand, I would always check with my doctor before starting anything like that (I'm diabetic) and I have take BP tablets and I know certain things, like grapefruit, shouldn't be mixed with certain medications. I've know idea on what is in Herbal Life so it would be better to check before using it.
