Last Monday I weighed 13 stone 5.2 pounds, and today I weigh 13 stone 4.6 pounds, so I've lost 0.6 pound this week. I feel relieved to finally see a loss on the scales, even though it is only a small one.
I am going on holiday to France later this week, so my goal will be to maintain my weight during that time if I can, but I suspect I may gain a couple of pounds, as that is what usually happens - but at least I can work hard to get it off again when I get back.
