Pleased with this week! Swerved the drink & takeaway last night & don't intend on having any tonight! Detox is going well!👍 Been in a positive mind set all week & been eager to find out what I will lose. I've stuck to my calorie limits & have started having more salads for lunch to cut out bread.
I also went to the gym - I try to aim for atleast 30 mins of cardio & then do some arm weights or squats etc.
So my loss this week is 3 lbs! Alot happier this week! 😊
