Week 2 Weigh In๐Ÿ’—

Hi Everyone ๐Ÿ˜Š

Pleased with this week! Swerved the drink & takeaway last night & don't intend on having any tonight! Detox is going well!๐Ÿ‘ Been in a positive mind set all week & been eager to find out what I will lose. I've stuck to my calorie limits & have started having more salads for lunch to cut out bread.

I also went to the gym - I try to aim for atleast 30 mins of cardio & then do some arm weights or squats etc.

So my loss this week is 3 lbs! Alot happier this week! ๐Ÿ˜Š

  • Hi Girxxx , great start with four pounds of unwanted energy shed in just two weeks...glad you're starting to feel good about it too. After reading an article about trans fats in takeaways, there's even more reason to celebrate the decision to not have one last night....good luck this week๐Ÿ˜„

  • Good work! I noticed results then fell for alcohol calories and did less exercise......you sound as if you are getting used to a differemt routine and boy is it showing on the scales well done xxxx p.s. I shall follow by your good example.
