Hi June944 and welcome. You couldn't have picked a better place for your weight loss journey and the nhs 12 week plan is amazingly easy to follow. It's all about getting your mind focused and believing in your abilities to achieve your goals.

The forum is such a great place to share your journey and help others too and will provide you with lots of helpful advise and keep you motivated.
