Have had some sort of stomach virusy thing which is why I haven't been on of late.
Haven't felt majorly nauseous its mainly that food seems to be going straight through me, I am spending a ridiculous amount of time in the toilet and its been like this for 2/3 days - unpleasant to say the least.
If I try to exercise I just run out of energy after a few minutes and end up exhausted, I guess because I am not getting many nutrients from the food I am eating .
Pro's - zero interest in much else apart from bland, easy to eat foods so junk food has no appeal!
Con's - can't exercise and I am only 2 days from starting my holiday so hoping it will sort itself out by then else see Dr before I leave Monday morning.
On the upside its a very warm day here today so put on a pair of shorts I haven't worn for about 6 months and they fell straight off me
I probably won't weigh in for the next few weeks - I leave Monday morning my time, driving down the coast from Sydney to Melbourne and staying in a few little spots along the way, staying with a friend for a week then heading back and spending a few days pottering in my little garden as spring makes itself known (I think that last bit is the part I am looking forward to most! lol) - I am planning to focus on being healthy and eating properly as often as I can, logging my food and wearing my fitbit, so hopefully I will maintain my current weight!

EDIT Woohoo! After trying to avoid taking any kind of medication for my problem I caved in yesterday and bought some stuff from the chemist and this morning woke up feeling like $1,000,000!
SO relieved and a good holiday will be had
