Well I haven't had a particular good week - haven't gone over my calories too many days but I like to stick to them everyday! However I have still lost a pound which I am pleased with need to drink more water this week!!!! How about you guys? Xx

Well done on losing a pound! That's fantastic keep positive and don't beat yourself up about going a bit over your calories, this is a new day and a new week full of possibilities I have had a mixed week, lost a pound but the exercise has grinded to a halt due to an ankle injury, so feeling a bit cooped up and I want to get outside and go running!
