Happy bunny today. Ten pounds down!!! This week I increase the resistance on the machines at the gym. Been very good, no snacking between meals and drinking loads of water. I never ever drank the recommended amount, so having hot water and lemon instead of tea and coffee. Haven't missed them, to be honest because we have been caffeine free since husbands angioplasty - so no caffeine withdrawal either. 4 weeks to my holidays, so the stone is looking doable, but I expect the losses to decrease. Lost a few inches here and there, and clothes are definitely looser, so incentive to keep going. Good luck to everyone out there this coming week - lets do this!!
