1st Weigh In :)

Good morning everyone

I started on 1st September weighing 11 stone 12 pounds and have just had my first weigh in which shows 11 stone 9 pounds, therefore a 3 pound loss

Yippppeeeeeee very pleased with that

In fact over the moon with the result
