Hi team!

New on here. Not great with diets but I can eat sensible and enjoy exercise so I intend to just get into those habits of eating ok and exercising more!!

The bank holiday and summer holiday is over!! 2 stone by Christmas??? Any tips.

Good luck to everyone on here!!!

Hi Andy,

I would suggest finding someway of tracking calories (eg. using myfitnesspal or something similar), at least for a little while 'til you get into a good routine.

I tend to eat pretty much the same thing each day for breakfast and lunch (plus snacks) - I found a plan that fills me up and suits my lifestyle, and I know that by removing the element of 'choice' for those meals I tend to eat within the calorie range.

Perhaps join Lowcal's Monday weight in thread to keep yourself accountable ?

2 stone by Christmas is probably achievable - good luck :-)

Hi Andy!

If you can eat sensible food and exercise as often as possible then you are definitely going to be on to a winner and that 2 stone target will be tough to get to but achievable.

Good luck to you.
