I have had a fab week, excellent eating, good work outs at the gym, loads of wàter. I was on track for a good loss (going by my scales) then Saturday night came and I had a night out with the girls! Had it all planned, counted the calories in my wine and decided on what I was eating for dinner. And of course i couldn't stick to my plan and I ate and drank more than planned I'm so annoyed with myself and that led to Sunday being a wipe out too, couldn't stop munching. Get weighed tonight so I'll see what the damage is!
