Ruined it?

I have had a fab week, excellent eating, good work outs at the gym, loads of wàter. I was on track for a good loss (going by my scales) then Saturday night came and I had a night out with the girls! Had it all planned, counted the calories in my wine and decided on what I was eating for dinner. And of course i couldn't stick to my plan and I ate and drank more than planned :( I'm so annoyed with myself and that led to Sunday being a wipe out too, couldn't stop munching. Get weighed tonight so I'll see what the damage is!

  • Today's a new day. Get back on the wagon. One night or even a weekend can't ruin you. But it can set you back a little... Keep going you can do this !

  • And just remember how worse you would have felt if you hadn't had such a fab week ! Just think that the great week you had allowed you to eat that 'little' bit extra of the weekend without doing too much damage - you might surprise yourself when you weigh in (this coming from someone who had a HUGE meal out for lunch yesterday, including cake - argghh !) :-)

  • It's done and dusted now so start again. You cannot worry about the past it prevents us from moving forward. Everyone has bad days, it's important that we don't let it become bad weeks.

    Onwards and upwards it can only get better.

  • Just back from weigh in, 1\2 off, not bad considering!! Lol Plan on having another fab week so hopefully next weigh in will be a good one :)

  • Well done! You obviously did have a fab week. The weekend blowout is over now - just think that it isn't the end of your diet, you can carry on 😀
