I went to the gym last night and it was my first "serious" exercise (usually do swimming and yoga) for two months. It was hard! I'm so excited though so see my fitness improve as I just know it will.
Calorie wise, I stuck to the 1400 limit yesterday (finished maybe 40kcal short) but woke up this morning REALLY hungry Had my breakfast (oats, egg & fruit 340kcal) but still feeling pretty peckish, so chugging water today, incase it's just thirst and trying to stay busy to forget about it.
