My first post

First post marking the beginning of my weight loss journey, I have 2st to loose to fit into my "healthy weight" I have a terrible habit of falling off the wagon, trying this 12 week plan as something new and a wider support system to keep the motivation I feel could be something that works for me. Advice appreciated and support welcomed greatly! Hard part done? Lets get started 😊

  • Hi MrsStyan, welcome, in answer yes the 12 week plan and this supportive forum could well help. I'm 9 weeks through and have lost 12lbs, as well as 3lbs lost before that on couch to 5k. Also aiming to lose about 2stone - I have 10lb to go to reach my goal weight. Good luck for starting week 1 and letting us know how you get on :)

  • Welcome to the forum, the 12 week plan is great and so is this community. Plan every single day and include some exercise and you will reap the benefits of making that all important change for life. I wish you the very best of luck on your journey :-)

  • Hi MrsStyan - my first day too! I have 10lbs to lose, I do exercise regularly but need to eat a lot more healthily. Hoping I can do this!

  • I am starting the 12 week weight loss program on Monday 3rd August. I need to lose 2.5 stone. I'm so nervous because all I ever eat is junk food! This is going to be a massive change for me. Good luck :) x
