Best book on workout and weight loss!!!

If anyone is interested then I found a good book on training regiment that works wonders!! You train only around 25 min a day and it is easy to follow with 12 week set up in the book! The book is called "Max Workouts". If you can find it then it also comes with the book on diet and smoothie's. The whole program is great if you do not have much time on you're hands! Hope you find this useful!

  • Sounds good. I bet it's high intensity interval training. I'm following a similar programme myself and it works.
