Used this about a year ago, but gave up for some reason. Now back having gained a stone. Knees, hips and ankles hurt so i guess i need to loose it. Anyone willing to be a buddy and help out? 🙏

Got an eatwell plate, my daughter was given a plate when she trained as a chef. It sits under all the 'stuff' in the cupboard. 😁
