Lost 3.8lbs in 10 days - woohoo!

So pleased with my loss. I am logging my meals on MFP and trying to lower my carbs whilst increasing protein and healthy fats. For me its about preparation and moderation. In those 10 days, I have a small fish and chips, BBQ and red wine. But didn't go overboard as I would have normally and I have started to walk more.

  • Thanks, Ruth. Its only the beginning of a long and exciting journey. I need to make sure I stick at it even when it gets more tricky. I think posting on here helps alot.

  • Yes posting on here is definitely a massive help. It's like there's a bunch of cheerleaders out there who know how much you want to win, and keep you going through the good and the bad, and await more news eagerly, pompoms poised... :)
