So pleased with my loss. I am logging my meals on MFP and trying to lower my carbs whilst increasing protein and healthy fats. For me its about preparation and moderation. In those 10 days, I have a small fish and chips, BBQ and red wine. But didn't go overboard as I would have normally and I have started to walk more.

Hi Lizzy, congratulations on losing 3.8lb, that's a good chunk - quarter of a stone! Sounds like you've been paying close attention to what you're eating and it's paying off. lots of luck for the week (or 10 days) ahead

Thanks, Ruth. Its only the beginning of a long and exciting journey. I need to make sure I stick at it even when it gets more tricky. I think posting on here helps alot.

Yes posting on here is definitely a massive help. It's like there's a bunch of cheerleaders out there who know how much you want to win, and keep you going through the good and the bad, and await more news eagerly, pompoms poised...
