Lunch: Cajun Chicken Wrap with Garlic Mayo and Spinach, caramel wafer and a peach - 433 cal

This is more calories than I normally have at lunch, I'm usually well under 400 but I have kettle bells tonight so need something high fibre and high protein to keep me going.

Along with the wrap I also have a peach and then a 78 cal caramel wafer mid afternoon as a treat.

The Mayo is light and home made and the chicken is rubbed with a dry spice rub, left in the fridge over night then grilled :)
