After a two week plateau, seriously hoping for a loss tomorrow...

Two weeks ago I was super charged because I was only 1lb away from being 'normal' and no longer 'overweight'

...if I am still 10:11 tomorrow I don't know how I will fair. Yes I know the positive mind set rhetoric... acknowledging how far I have come bla bla bla... as well as the hormonal element, oh and the 'muscle weighs more than fat' (done tonnes of exercise, training for a triathlon) but I think I might be really bloody cross if my body has decided to stick rather than twist for a third weigh in on the trot!

What helps is reading that several of you have had sticky weeks recently too.

So. It is 7pm and I am 'really embracing' my sparkling mineral water rather than diving into my daughter's supply of flap jacks and crisps!

How are you this Sunday evening?

Likewise rare to feel hungry; not anxious about how I will maintain once within target range, just having a Sunday evening moment of 'I hope there is a change tomorrow'

If there isn't there isn't!
