Week 9

Hi all,

Week 9 and 2 Ib gain this week. I know how by not sticking to plan but not able to say why not sticking to plan when wgt loss is something I want. On positive side been back on plan since Monday so hate to think what the damage would have been if not !!

Thanks to Trafford 1 for her timely post that made me think and refocus 😀

I have a busy weekend a 40 th party tonight and a 50 th tomorrow night but I will post a wgt loss next week !!

  • Good luck for a weight loss this coming week, hopefully reversing this week's gain. I had a 2lb gain and then this was followed by a big loss over 2 weeks. I think as long as you have more good days than bad days then it all comes together in the end. Enjoy your party time, and hope you have an excellent and focussed week.

  • I am glad that although you have had a gain you are staying focused and sound really positive. That's the spirit. Good for you hun :-) we will all have a bad day but as long as we stick with our long team goals anything is possible.

    What we learn on this journey only makes us stronger and accepting the changes good or bad only makes us better people individually and will lead to our successes as we continue. Thank you for your comment that is really appreciated and I am glad it made a difference.

    Damage not as bad as feared, just shows that a bit of control and owning the bad choices I've made can turn things around. it's been a bugga of a week !

    I'm off to dance myself dizzy tonight and here's to a fabulous week for us all.
