Week one down

I've followed the plan with a few hiccups- been to netball twice last week and had my godchildren who kept me busy at the park... 3.4 kgs gone! Happy days! Intrigued to see next Monday's weigh in! Great to be able bounce off others and hear the struggles... I got straight back up after having a slip and balanced out the next day's calories into the day I over ate...

  • 3.4kg is a lot, really impressive. Although a lot of people seem to lose more at the beginning, its maybe water weight? As well as simply kickstarting your metabolism by eating healthier. It sounds like you're managing really well, esp picking back up after a hiccup. Good luck for week 2 :)
