Today I weight 88.9 kg I am really happy as I was 93.3 when I joined 4weeks ago,this is great for me as last week I did not lose anything and the week before I had gained,I am definately more aware of everything that I eat,this is becoming much easier to achieve and the need to graze is diminishing ,This is all thanks to the great support I receive on here,thank you all
