Started last Monday under duress from my other half but boy am I glad I did. Monday I had a fast food breakfast - my last one. Monday night we went shopping and totally revamped our way of eating. Then came the walking. By Thursday I had eaten a week of salads and bought a fitBit. so total transformation of habits in a week......and then I got the results this morning. Got up and the other half had put 10 tins of food into a carrier bag and made me hold it. It was very heavy. But that's how much extra weight I was carrying a week ago. Week1 I lost 10lbs by working hard at it. I know it's going to slow down dramatically but it's given me the motivation to do this. I still have about 6stone to go to put me in the middle of my BMI range. If I can get to 11st that's my first goal......4st 2lbs to go
