So pleased ... I've lost 9lbs up to now :-)

I bought a fitbit zip 3 weeks ago and its really helped me. Managing to do 10,000+ steps a day and sticking to 1400cals - still got a long way to go but aiming for my 1st stone by the 1st August

Good work. I've got no idea what a fitbit is, but it sounds fun!

Well done :) A lot of my colleagues have fitbits and love them - they do seem to be a great motivator.

Please, I have to ask, what the heck is a fitbit? ☺️

A Fitbit is a posh pedometer! Not only records your steps but also how many miles you walk in a day and the calories you eat! fitbit.com/uk/home I just bought the cheapest one - a 'zip' - it syncs with your computer and gives lots of inspiration to loose weight :-)
