Really bad week-end weight wise, my 75th birthday party went very well, although too well for me I have put 3 pound on!!!So not happy at all, back to the drawing board and smash that 11 stone AGAIN,

The same happened to me- except I was 67! - 73.9kg yesterday morning but was careful despite being out for a lovely lunch - and today I'm back to 73kg - my target! So don't panic Dody18 - you can do it!
Go back to square one, find out what caused the 3lb, excess no doubt! Learn the lessons move on, simple really good luck x
