Recovering from last weeks virus and finding it really hard to sick to food plan, craving bread/pastry ?? Not sure why they are not something I would overeat.

Good news is did circuit class and it felt good to be back planning on a walk into town( about 45 mins) but feeling really bloated and sluggish.

Sorry to winge but feel better for it.

  • I found the only diet I can stick to that allows me to eat what I want is the 5:2 diet. Five days of eating as I please and it works
