Failure:

Its no good - think I'm already failing !! - week 5 and lost alittle and put on but reckon I will have to stop the meetings & weigh in until end of July when I can escape from the office during the day.

Just too busy and no cover - every weekend a function or do which means more & more calories: I must walk and exercise more. Where does the time go ?? Weight gain can be so depressing !!
