It's happening! It's finally coming off! I've been reading the posts on here and taking bits of advice from different posts. I'm not counting calories and I'm not exercising. I'm just eating what I want, when I want it I've been trying to stop looking at foods as bad/good. I've had McDonald's this week but I had a Happy Meal and it still hit the spot! Haha I've found that by telling myself that I can have whatever I want, I don't actually want it that much after all!! I've lost 8lbs in almost 3 weeks. Let's hope it keeps coming off, I might look and feel better on holiday after all!
