Thanks for all responses to my last post . It's great to get feedback . Today I've had to skip my Aquafit class & yesterday had to abort a walking trail I was on . All due to waking yesterday morning with a very stiff neck . It's particularly painful to turn my head right 😞 I don't know if this was caused by doing to much on Saterday . I have osteoarthritis in my cervical & lumber spine & also Fibromyalgia . I'm fed up because my mind wants to go but my body can't today 😔
