Still have not started my exercise routine!! :(

Motivated at times and then at others I am not! Desperate to start my regime but lack of funds is hindering me. Still need to get my bike so I can get outside which is what I need to do. Still good to hear of others progress though!

There is lots you can do without funds. Do you have one of those parks near you with those exercise machines with instructions on? Those are like free gyms. Then there's just going out walking. Download an app like endomondo and set it everytime you walk somewhere and it will tell you how many calories you've burned. Lastly there's nhs podcasts for things like learning to run: couch to 5k and 'stretch and flex' - you just need headphones and you're ready to go. I totally recommend anything like this. I'm also on low funds, I feel more motivated the easier and cheaper something is... I just exercise in local green spaces, and my main outlay was on a pair of £25 running shoes, and I didn't even have them to start with until a few weeks in. So - loads of ideas there - I challenge you to pick one and do it today!

As canal runner suggests use the NHS podcasts. I'm actually enjoying following the couch to 5k although I'm not moving through the stages as fast as they suggest. And walking is free. I've always hated exercise but I promise you that the moment you start you won't regret it, plus you get to feel really smug when you've finished!
