Hi, my husband and I are starting the 5/2 diet today and today is our first fasting day. However, we are finding it difficult to come up with breakfasts of only 100 calories. I take tablets with meals 3 times a day so can't cut out any meals. Any suggestions for low calorie meals for our fasting days, would be appreciated.

Look at having a protein breakfast if you can, perhaps eggs in some form, or natural yoghurt?
There are sites with recipes to choose from which may help.
