First weigh-in!

I have no idea how it happen, but yes. I've lost 5lbs!

This week I've had takeaway and chocolate and all sorts. But I have thought about it and it hasn't been everyday.

I know the first week is always the easiest with weightloss so I will have to move abit more and be more aware of what I'm eating.

Please understand I'm not on a diet!

I'm improving my lifestyle.

  • Wow! 5lbs is amazing. Well done to you! I think we are improving our lifestyles but do have to cut back on portions and treats as we do really want and need to lose the extra weight. My trigger point is anything sweet so I am trying to deny myself as much as that as possible. I have lost my way these last couple of weeks but am back to trying again. Do so hope I take my own advice and remember all the tips members have given me on the forum too. :)

  • Don't deny yourself too much. Unless u can handle it. I know if I deny myself too much I panic. I used to drink the green monster, which is 250 calories a can. Well now if I fancy a sugar fix I'm weaning of them to the blue monster which is only 15 calories per can. yes I know it's bad, but it's an better alternative. Till follow wean of it.

  • This is true. I have believed in myself since the beginning of my journey and here I am 52 lbs lighter so it goes to show positivity and self belief is the way to go... :-)
