Nightshift got the better of me:(

So I managed to survive 3 12hr night shifts this week...but at a cost! This morning I bought chocolate and finished it all! Just had no willpower left!!!:(

Anyway I have picked myself up and ready to take on the rest of week 2. Wont let one moment of madness get the best of me.

Don't panic... Tiny blip in the master plan. It took the Daeleks a few decades before the realised that getting up stairs was achievable!

Good luck!

I used to work 12hr night shifts & by night 3 your body does go a little crazy lol!!! So I know how your feeling... Although you are allowed to treat yourself occasionally, look at that as a treat, your less likely to down about eating it. If that's the only treat you've eaten all week then your doing well!! Good Luck xx

I too work 12 hour night shifts, they play havoc with a healthy eating regime. Mine are 10pm - 10am and I rarely get any break whatsoever. I carry a little pot of mixed nuts with me and this stops me from going overboard once I finish shift. You have a good mindset, a little blip has not seen you throwing in the towel. 😊

I agree, just put a line under it. We are too hard on ourselves, I find working nights a juggling act. I am more likely to give in when I am tired.

I had some wobbles in week two. Now I am week three and back on track, so don't worry, that was today, tomorrow is a totally different day.

Good for you!! We all fall foul to temptation, especially when your body clock is upside down. But you have the right idea. Pick yourself up and keep going. I wish you well on your weight loss journey and I am sure that you will succeed!! 😂😊😊
