Last week 12.5 st, this week I daren't weigh myself! 😕I have been away and eaten so much including the most delicious ice cream and vast breakfasts. I feel really unhealthy and my clothes feel tighter. I am going to try and get back on track and then resume weigh in next Friday. I feel if I did weigh myself today I would get very upset at the damage I have done. Onwards and upwards now. I hope everyone else's week is going well.
