Friday weigh in

Last week 12.5 st, this week I daren't weigh myself! 😕I have been away and eaten so much including the most delicious ice cream and vast breakfasts. I feel really unhealthy and my clothes feel tighter. I am going to try and get back on track and then resume weigh in next Friday. I feel if I did weigh myself today I would get very upset at the damage I have done. Onwards and upwards now. I hope everyone else's week is going well.

Hi Juliet, glad you had a good time I know how you feel, I have put on 2 and 1/2 pounds this week all down to bank holiday 'treats' .

Back to start and focused on a good week I am go try cauliflower rice !!

Have a good week and I'm sure next Friday will all be positive.

Thanks Flossie a gain result is disappointing but as you say with bank holiday treats etc unavoidable. I see this as a change of life so you have to include the odd bad week. Having said that I was surprised to have put on 8 pounds in 3 days! Oh well I'm feeling focussed too now so let's hope we have a good result next week.


You think you've put on weight, so why not find out the truth? It might be betterthan you think and at least you'd know the facts.

Still you've got to do what suits you best. Hope all goes well for you next week


Thank you. I did in fact weigh myself and have put on 8 pounds!😯but as you say better to face it. My husband only put on 3 pounds which is abit unfair but I am thinking positive and will get back on track! Hope you have a good week too.
