Hi everyone, I have put this weeks post as week 8/9, I was away last week visiting family in St Ives. I did try to get a balance of eating healthy & also relaxing a bit. Ate out a few times, went straight back to plan yesterday & started using myfitnesspal again. Weighed myself this morning as usual and have put 2lbs on- my goal is to lose the 2lb for next week 😀
