End of week 1

Start: 13st 11lbs

Week 1: 13st 10lbs

Only one pound weight loss this week which is a little disappointing. I haven't been as active as I wanted this week due to social engagements and staying late at work. I'm still positive though as it's going in the right direction. I'm going to work hard for a bigger loss next week, but must keep focused as I have a 2 day wedding this weekend!

Well done on losing the 1lb, every lb lost is a good thing! As you say your still finding your feet and once you find a routine that works for you, you will lose. Slow and steady wins the race, hope you have a good week


Thank you! I know, I have to keep reminding myself that 1lb is still a loss! I'm slowly making changes which I know I can stick to if I put my mind to it. So good to hear from people who it's working for like you, well done!


Taking your time to make changes that will last, is much more beneficial than losing quickly, then falling back into bad habits. Take it slow as you want it to last a lifetime, thats what i try to do. Thank you, been a long hard road but so worth it


Well done you even though only 1pound you still lost something and look on the bright side you have not gained any weight. So well done and as you will find out there is plenty of help and encouragement on this site so good luck with the weight management and weight loss.
