This plan works

Hi folks... I love this plan. I can eat everything I want but it has taught me the value of portion control, not snacking and to try and integrate exercise in to day to day life. As a result I've lost 11lbs in the first 4 weeks so I'm down to 11 stone 8lbs now. I try and walk more at work, chase after the kids on their scooters and do an exercise class once per week.   • I 100% agree! It really is a long-term change to lifestyle rather than a quick-fix that slowly wears off!

  • Thanks. My top tips are: plan all meals and healthy snacks in advance; drink more fluids when you want to snack instead of eating; integrate exercise into daily routines so you don't realise you are doing it; treat yourself when you reach intermediate targets. I'm going to get a fit bit to link up with my phone when I reach my halfway mark.
