Hi folks... I love this plan. I can eat everything I want but it has taught me the value of portion control, not snacking and to try and integrate exercise in to day to day life. As a result I've lost 11lbs in the first 4 weeks so I'm down to 11 stone 8lbs now. I try and walk more at work, chase after the kids on their scooters and do an exercise class once per week.
