After a concerning week trying to work around two meals out I am very pleased thatI have still managed to lose a couple of pounds. Total weight loss in 7 weeks now at 15lbs (7 bags of sugar). Still get bad days but then i look at the photo that made me wake up to doing something and it keeps me going. I hope everyone else is doing well :) xx

Well done you! losing 2lbs is good on any week but considering you have been out socialising it's exceptionally good. Those photos help don't they?

That's great news, if were you like me only slightly overweight at the start then I am sure you can already feel the difference.

I started at 15st 3lbs, although i. January i had gone up to 15st 8lbs. Now I am 14 st 2 lbs and even though I have a long way to go i do feel so much better. Good luck.

Thank you all so much for your kind and encouraging comments. I got a bit down this week because I weighed myself early and had gone up. I was surprised to have lost a couple of pounds. I think it is when i eat to much bread. Maybe it causes me to retain fluid but when i cut it out againi feel better.
