Total weight loss - none yet but looking forward to this going up :-)

i was a little heavier than you, at 17st, similar height and i lost 3 stone last year in about 7 months with quite small changes, i've put a stone back on since then due to an accident and then not being able to get back into a routine, but just started making changes a few days ago to get back on track

if i can do it, anyone can!

changing diet at first can be quite difficult but once your body is used to it, you'll be fine, the first few weeks will probably be the biggest loss (think i lost 7lbs in my first week)

just be sure to eat sensibly, and throw in a little exercise to get going

Small steps is the best. Starting this program is a fantastic thing to do. Have an end goal and a few small goals. Aim for the small goals. A bit at a time is a good feeling. Some people on this forum use "my fitnesspal" app and find it helps them through this journey.
